Here’s an update for donating your 11 x 14 prints for scholarships for the Sacramento Chapter’s Photo Showcase fund raising efforts.

We would be greatly appreciative if you could donate 1-2 prints sized either 8 x 12 or 11 x 14 with FULL BLEED and NO white borders, to be displayed and auctioned. Sign the print with metallic silver or black sharpie in lower right hand corner at least 1/4″ above bottom right side. The mat will cover some of the image after final framing. Selected prints will be matted in a 16 x 20 frame. Framed pictures of any size are also welcome.

The AAJA Sacramento chapter is having a Photo Showcase & Silent Auction fundraiser event on Tuesday, September 29 to help raise money for student scholarships and chapter programs.
When selecting a print, please consider a photo that appeals to a wide audience. Pictures of celebrities, professional athletes, animals, striking landscapes, and feature photos sell well.
Include caption information, as well as of when and where you took the photo on a separate paper. Enclose your name, affiliation, address, phone number and email address.
Prints are sold for personal use only. No reproduction rights are granted or should be assumed. However, we may post thumbnails of selected prints online and in the event brochure, so please let us know if you have any objections.
If you Priority Mail them in a 3″ diameter tube no longer than 18″ long, it will costs $5 and is the safest method. Longer tubes and cardboard envelopes typically get bent or damaged in the mail.
